Dr. Jarrett also has a passion for mentoring girls, and because of this passion, she  started Beyond Her Smile, a non-profit organization that advances positivity among young girls  and exposes them to STEAM-based careers. Dr. Jarrett is an alumni of Xavier University of Louisiana and a proud member of Delta Sigma  Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She resides in the Atlanta metro area with her husband, Will, and  her daughter, Addisyn.
